Visual Marketing Tips Tricks and Hacks - Part 2

Welcome back to part 2 of a special event where some of the pros offer us some great visual marketing tricks. In case you missed part 1, we heard from Alisa Meredith, Craig Carpenter, and Kim Vij to learn their favorite tips and tactics, tools they wouldn’t want to be without, their biggest fails, and what they learned from their mistakes.

This week, four more visual marketing experts weigh in. They offer some great advice for making the most of visual platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook. They’ve got lots of tricks to save you time and cut down on the hassle of keeping up with multiple platforms. They are also gracious enough to candidly share their biggest (and most humorous) mistakes to help spare the rest of us the pain of learning these lessons the hard way.

One element that really stands out throughout the entire discussion is the idea of collaboration. The spirit of camaraderie is evident among the interviewees and also in the comments from other listeners. It’s clear that, in a field where it would be easy to view all others as “the competition,” it is possible to rise above the competitive spirit and find support and community.

Even if you’re new to visual marketing or don’t consider yourself a natural designer, you’re sure to learn something useful from the experience our guests have to offer.

Here’s who we put in the hot seat in part 2:

  • Peg Fitzpatrick (0:00)
  • Dustin Stout (9:45)
  • Vincent Ng (19:34)
  • Rebekah Radice (26:43)
